Return Policy

Our focus is offering Handmade in the Blue Ridge Instruments. Most of our stock is made one at a time, each averaging 75-100 hours. These instruments are built with the idea of letting the wood be wood. If you’re here shopping with us you appreciate the value of handmade instruments and the incredible tone that this ideal produces. All this being said instruments may not be to industry specs. We assure you the setup and intonation is perfect.

For our brand name instruments and gear, all manufacturer offered warranties apply. Most of our handmade instruments also come with manufacturer defect warranties.

We accept returns within 72 hours of receipt. In it’s for sell condition as it was received. Customer pays return shipping and a 5% restocking fee on all instruments. This covers our cost of processing and bookkeeping. All returns must be phoned or emailed prior to us accepting it. We want to do our best as a small mom and pop to provide the best customer service. No returns on accessories unless defective, then will we replace the product with one of equal or greater value.

NOTE: Any labor charges for special installations will not be refunded.

BACKORDERS: All in stock orders are normally processed the next business day after your order is placed. If an item is out of stock there may be a slight delay. We will backorder out of stock items at no extra shipping charge to you. We pay any additional costs for shipping backorders. You will not be charged for the backordered item until it does ships to you.
